Design for a Wooden Kitchen
Updated: 2022-01-21

This kitchen from the Flux collection, designed by Giugiaro Design for Scavolini, has veneered and laquered doors and is suitable for people who seek a new and contemporary way to interpret the kitchen in wood. Here, the theme of combination/contrast between straight and curved again gives the product an essential, linear elegance.

This composition is fitted with base units with big drawers and doors, and wall units with flap doors.
Doors in the Vein finish and in the new metallic grey glossy lacquer finish are characterised by the combination/contrast between straight and curved lines which gives the product an essential, linear elegance.

The “Cook Station” island, a ceiling mounted unit, is a concentration of the most exquisitely operating areas, to become an amazing unit equipped with all the necessary items that make cookery a pleasure.

Washing area integrated in the counter top, purpose-designed, wall-mounted mixer tap, Pyroceram® hob, extraction hood, cutting board, support area, snack top, knife holder, electrical outlets, lighting and big drawer base units; everything revolves around the circular stem of this totem-island that makes everything extremely accessible, even to more than one person at a time. The wood’s warmth is contrasted by the professional perfection of the steel, creating a sophisticated sensation of technological furnishing.

Around the island, a corner composition fitted with base units with big drawers and with doors, and wall cabinets with flap doors, cupboards and tall units for electrical appliances.
